1. Perishable Items (e.g., Milk & Milk Products, Fresh Produce) 

• We do not accept returns on perishable items unless they are damaged, spoiled, or not up to expected standards upon delivery.

• Reporting Protocol: Contact us within 12 hours of delivery if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to expected standards.

• Proof Required: You will be asked to share a photo or video of the product as proof.

• Resolution: If approved, we will issue a free replacement (where possible) or a full refund credited to your original payment method or wallet.

2. Non-Perishable Products (e.g., Oils, Packaged Goods) 

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, free of damage or markings.

• Return Shipping: The customer may be responsible for freight charges for returns not due to our error.

• Refund Initiation: Refunds will be initiated after inspection and approval. A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

3. Refund Timelines 

• Refunds to bank account or credit card or mpesa: Not allowed.

• Refunds to in-app wallet/store credit: Within 24 hours.

4. Reusable Packaging Policy 

• We encourage the return of our reusable packaging (delivery bags, cartons, jars, or bottles) for reuse or recycling. We do not accept packaging from other sources.

• Return Procedure: Ensure reusable items are rinsed clean before returning them.

• Fees: Damaged or unclean reusable packaging may be subject to a fee or may not be accepted for return.
