1. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to select areas within Nairobi. You can check delivery availability at checkout or by entering your location on the website/app.
2. Delivery Schedule
• Milk, Fruits & Vegetables and all other perishables are delivered daily or as per your chosen subscription schedule.
• Non-perishable items are typically delivered within 1-2business days.
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to location, weather, traffic, and logistics constraints.
3. Delivery Updates
You will receive Call/SMS/WhatsApp/email notifications with order and delivery status updates.
4. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information.
• DailyDrop will not be liable for missed deliveries or spoiled goods resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
• In such cases, re-delivery fees may apply, or no refund may be issued for spoiled items.
5. Missed Deliveries
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attributable to the customer (e.g., unavailability, inaccurate address, or access impediments), DailyDrop, at its discretion, may either:
• Leave the order at the customer's premises in accordance with instructions provided via the application or telephonic communication during the delivery attempt, or
• Return the order to the designated store.
• In such circumstances, we bear no liability for the condition, integrity, or non-receipt of the order.
• Available options may include rescheduling (re-delivery fees may apply) or converting your order to a pickup order.
6. Proof of Delivery
We may implement proof of delivery mechanisms such as digital confirmations, photographs of the delivered package at your doorstep, or signatures upon receipt.
7. Packaging Requirements
We use temperature-controlled packaging (insulated boxes, refrigerants) for temperature-sensitive goods during transit to ensure freshness. However, upon delivery to your premises, the customer assumes full responsibility for promptly transferring the product to and maintaining it in a suitable environment to preserve its freshness and quality.
